Smiddy & Allotment visit; Cousland: 8th August

Cousland village trust has restored the Smiddy to working condition with resident blacksmith and museum, with adjacent waste ground being used for organic allotments, orchard and paddock – see www.cousland.net for more information.

Our visit co-incides with a smiddy open day [£2 donation] and is also a chance to meet some of the allotment holders with a picnic in the paddock [or hall if wet] at the end.
