Garden visit and picnic; 12th July

"Minto Glen is part of the old Minto estate, at one time the walled vegetable garden of Minto House. All that now remains are around 50 espalier fruit trees, apples, pears, plums and cherries, and a few ancient but still productive currant bushes. The garden is surrounded by 37 acres of woodland."
