AGM

Smailholm Village Hall. This is the meeting where we review our acitivities over the previous year, discuss issues which have arisen, and decide on  our general strategy for the following year. These are always interesting meetings where everyone gets a chance to have their say.

This is your chance to get involved in the decision making in BOG, voice your opinions and find out more about how we operate. The meeting is followed by a culinary highpoint in the year, as we all bring along a dish to share and have a really good lunch!

In the afternoon we will be putting together our outline programme for next year- this is your chance to put forward ideas on events you'd like to see BOG getting involved in next year.

The AGM is not about pressurising people into taking on jobs or responsibilies, it is about getting ideas together! If you would like to get more involved, there is always scope to develop roles tailor made to suit people's interests. There are two posts which we will need to fill- Literature organiser and Eastern area coordinator. Let me know if you would like to know more about these posts.
